Transferring College Credits to CFT

Courses taken at colleges and universities may transfer to CFT and apply toward CFT diplomas. Only courses that are equivalent to those offered by CFT and where the student has earned a grade of “C” or better will be accepted. To have courses transferred to CFT fill out the Transcript Evaluation Form, arrange to have an official transcript from the college/university sent to the CFT office, and include a $40.00 transfer credit fee.

Please instruct your college to send your transcript directly to the CFT office. Upon completion of the transcript evaluation by CFT, students will receive a copy of their CFT transcript reflecting the college credits that were accepted into their CFT student record. We recommend that you send a copy of an unofficial transcript for evaluation prior to submitting the official transcript and fee to determine if any courses taken would be acceptable for transfer.

You may pay the Transcript Evaluation fee online, but make sure that the Transcript Evaluation Form and college transcript are mailed to our office at:
