Student Privacy

As required by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, CFT has established policies and procedures for initiating and maintaining student records in ways that will support its educational objectives and afford each student the rights prescribed by the Act.

Information contained in student records is restricted to the student and, with acknowledged approval, to the student’s employer’s designated Representative or Director of Human Resources.

Student records are kept confidential and only released upon written authority by the student.
